Coil Manufacturers
Customized White Label Warranty Solutions are offered by AMB to Roofing/Building Envelope Manufacturers who wish to provide for their Customers value-added services bearing their unique brand.
AMB will develop with the Manufacturer a Warranty Program tailored to the Manufacturer’s individual requirements.
AMB provides a range of Warranty Types and Terms that are customized to meet each Project’s specific needs.
AMB provides expert, independent waterproofing inspection services for Roofing/Building Envelope Manufacturers to ensure installation integrity, quality assurance and quality control. Inspection schedules are tailored to the individual project and Manufacturer’s requirements; detailed reports and recommendations are provided for each inspection. AMB’s thorough inspection program and insistence that installation meets high standards decreases the chances of costly litigation.
Contractors / Installers
AMB is not predisposed to any one Manufacturer or Product. The Contractor / Installer has the freedom to obtain a Warranty from the Coil Producer / Manufacturer of its choice.
AMB provides a range of Warranty Types and Terms that are customized to meet each Project’s specific needs.
AMB manages, administers, and services its Third Party Warranty Program, decreasing the chance of costly litigation.
AMB works with Contractor/Installers ensuring the roof/building envelope has been installed to specifications and to maximize performance, thereby promoting Customer Satisfaction and Contractors/Installers Reputation.
AMB Warranties allow Contractors/ Installers to bid on Government Projects.

All cost of Warranty and Inspections are borne by the Contractor/Installer.
In Addition to AMB’s thorough inspection process, AMB, in the event a problem with the roof or building system might occur, decreases the chances of costly litigation by determining who is responsible for the problem and holding
the responsible party accountable. All Warranties obtained from AMB are transferable at change of Ownership during
the life of the Warranty.
